are these craftable and if so by whom (ie artisians armor smiths)

It's a quest item. Not craftable.

ok how bout a usefull post to help ya its a quest item that you get from a guy in Mos Taike on Tatooine, hes at the bottom of the hill forgot his name, hes standing next to what looks like a fruit stand (?) He has you follow around some thugs, you get the helmet off of one of them but you end up getting to keep it, cant wear it but it looks nice in yer house.
