I just put down some wind generators a week ago and I now have 100k+ energy with 500 overall quality and potential energy in the lower 300s. Who should I sell this to and for how much?

As energy goes that isn't very good. You might be able to get 2 cpu for that, but thats about it. Even energy with PE above 900 dosen't sell for 3 cpu very often, its far to easy to harvest energy with fusions for the market to support a higher price. FWI, PE works like this: for 500 and below, one unit of the resource is one unit of power, and PE of 1000 would be 2 units of power for one unit of resource. Crafters need energy for harvestors and factories. Throw it on the bazaar and see if anyone bites.
