Thread: Depositing Power

Hi,

Since acquiring two types of power in my inventory (gas and wind) I've noticed that they stack when you deposit it into harvesters. Is there a way of seperating the two? Say for instance, I want to use my wind power, and save the gas for crafting...

Thanks,

Seena

You could put it in your bank, otherwise there is no way to seperate them.

The gas shouldn't be adding to your power total when depositing into a harvester. The only resource types that can be used in harvesters are Radioactive (mineral resource), Solar, and Wind (both "Energy (liquid)"). Reactive gas does show up in the "Energy (gas)" category of the bazaar, but can't be used in harvs.

Still, if you do have two types of power (say Wind and Radioactive), depositing it into a harvester seems touse up the oldest stack first. So if you had 2k wind and then picked up a stack of10k radioactive, depositing 3k power should leave you with just 9k radioactive (assuming everything is 500PE or less).

Thanks Kriles!

Yes.. my mistake, I had radioactive...

Can anyone point me to a thread that shows you how to calculate potential yields based on BER and percent of resources?

Thanks for all your help..
