Artisan Archive

Maybe someone can give me some suggestions. I am new artisan on Lowca. I filled my 4 survey boxes and have started harvesting resources to generate some capital and work on the other artisan skill. The first couple of days went ok, people were buying my resources of the bazaar and I was making enough to keep the harvesters going and have a little left over. The last couple of days though I have sold very few resources and the bazaar only lets you put so many items on it at one time. I always put the resources on the bazaar in lots of 1000 or 1500 at 2cpu. I work mainly in Theed but have tried moving some of them to Moenia to see what would happen, still nothing is moving. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do to try to get some cash flow going? (other than kill missions which is what I'm going to have to do tonight if something doesn't sell).

I sell a few things on the bazzar also. I find it goes in spurts, some days I get everything sold, other days it takes a while. Just price them well and they move eventually. I do it mainly for a little cash. Hope to sell to crafters that need that little extra to finish a project or someone who is gathering resources to have a crafter make their item. Just keep an eye on what sells and go with it.

You might also try smaller stacks. I sell things on the bazaar a lot, after I have divided stacks into 25k for my vendors. Whatever is left over, I sell in stacks of 250 or 500 on the bazaar in Coronet or Anchorhead. They very rarely last for more than a day. Keep in mind that there are a good number of people out there that mainly fight or PvP and have little to no income, but still need small amounts of resources for meds.

OK, thanks guys I'll try all those things out. Except maybe the tent. I haven't worked myself high enough to have vendors yet. I'm hoping to do that maybe late next week. I really appreciate the comments.

You need a better marketing strategy than simply dropping stuff on the bazaar. I assume since you are so worried about keeping your harveys going that you are not able to afford a tent with a vendor outside of town. That would be the best way to sell you resources. Short of that you can stand in front of the starport /shouting your offer.
