Exactly how fast do harvervesters harverst? for instance if a harverster has a BER of 10 and is in a 50% concetration the true excration rate is 5, but how much gets pumped out per second? minitue? hour?

The BER represents the number of units that would be extracted in one minute on a 100% vein or source of whatever you're harvesting.
So a BER 10 harvester on a 50% spot would get 5 units per minute, or 300 per hour. In a 24 hour period, that would get 7200 units.
The same BER 10 harvester on a 90% spot would get almost 13K per day.
The actual number can be seen when you turn the harvester on- there's two columns, Spec Rate and Current Rate or something similar. Take the current rate, multiply it by 60, and that's the number of units you'll get in one hour.
