WHich planets have the most refined materials for steel/ore/copper/gemstone/gas. A CM once told me that Tattoine fiberplast is a more refined quality of fiberplast ; better than any other planets fiberplast even if the other planets over quality of fiberplast is higher. He also mention Lok wheat is also a higher grade wheat so I need to know which planets offer the highest grade in the materials first mentioned.

No planet is designated as having higher quality resources... All resource shifts are random and a resource can be present on several planets at the same time with exactly the same stats... What he may have been referring to and worded it poorly is that there are specific resources required for some schematics... Tatooine Fiberplast, for instance, is used in advanced schematics for Medics/Doctors/Combat Medics...
