I was just wondering how much is a +3 Surveying skill attachment tape worth?

Whatever you can get someone to pay for it.
It's really hard to answer this kind of question as each server's economy is different. I'd expect that tape to not go for too much as it isn't a high demand skill.

You'd have a lot more luck posting this to your galaxy's trade forum, to be honest.

a good idea would be to post a price check on a galaxy trade forum, or if u plan to sell it then auction it off with a low min bid (maybe start with 30k give or take depending on galaxy once again)
