Is there any command to locate a harvester we have lost our way point to?

Unhappily, no.
You've got two options, hunt for it and try to remember where it is, or wait for it to decay some and you will get an e-mail about it with it's coordinates. Assuming you are the owner, of course.

if the spwan is still in cycle, then just do a survey to try and find tha loc again....

Is there any chance that you saved the Construction E-mail that was sent when you first deeded the harvester? Probably not, since most people delete them right away... but just figured that I would throw it out there.

I saw a post one time where a guy lost his house 
..not sure if he remembered what planet...but...he gave the name of the house and offered a reward to anyone that found it and contacted him...

Heh that post just made my day
Unfortunatly the only way to find it is to either remember the rough area it was in and survay for it or wait until it decays a bit and you should get an email with an attachement showing where it is.

Nope you don’t have any other options that already posted here, sure you can try to make support tickets, but I don’t think that even they will able to help you.

it is possible that it have been destroyed. Structures when a structure gets destroyed the waypoint to it deletes it self automaticly

One reason I always name my harvesters, I have done this before but was able to find it in a harvester farm by my tag.
