Thread: Too many weapons on the market?
Then there must be something wrong. When i look at weapons at the regional level theres about 103 weapons listed, but when i search on the Planetary level there are only 10-20 weapons listed for the region i just searched!
Not to mention the fact that i almost never see the wepons i put up for sale listed!
Took me a while to realize that the items can be shown on more than one page.
Not sure if sorting by town just sorts the current page or not.
Oh! I thought the next items button switched to the next item type!
New question, how can i get my weapons to show up on the first page?
The real problem is that there are too many weapons on the market and they all suck 
There really should be a way to filter by weapon type (or any characteristic of the type of object you're looking for).
Searching by keyword or price range would be better, and welcome!

I don't know if it will get your first page, but learn the merchant skill and get "premium listings" or whatever it is (I"m at work, I'm pretty sure I got it wrong)...
it is supposed to improve your listings in the bazar, but I think it cost extra too.
I have been putting my damage infront of the weapon name so folks could see the quality of damge they will get with my items over someone elses.
Since I'd say most ppl buy a weapon for its damage maybe they can put in a line for weapon damage under the weapons listing. Cuz surfing all the details on a page to find something you like bites.
They need to put in a search feature for the different variables that matter to whatever the item is.
The current system isn't very good.
How about some better listing groups too! If I'm looking for a rifle, I don't want to have to search through every single pistol too (yeah you can sort by name, but some people rename). Also, if I'm looking for a D18 Pistol, I don't need a CDEF. They need to make it branch a lot more just like the weapons themselves.
Ex: I want to see all ranged weapons, I click on that category. I want to see all pistols I click on that category inside the main ranged weapons. If I want to see just D18s, then I click on that inside Pistol. Right now it totally sucks.
Also, clothing!!! If I want a vest, I don't need to see 10,000 hot pants!
The problem is all the weapons on the bazaar are crap. Unless it's highly modified, most people can get a CDEF item for free, so the 10's of people selling 100's of them just are clogging up the system.
That said, I constantly check the bazaar, and have found a few Jawa Ions, and a few DLT20s - haven't even seen other ones for auction, let alone sale.
I have several of each - even at 3K I pick up every one I see on the bazaar - like I said, it's hard to find anything that's not crap (in terms of damage, that is, /wink at all those nice artisans who think I'm knocking their work).
