Is it worth using the 6 skillpoints on Master Artisan? Every other master class seems to be totally worthwile to attain, but Master Artisan looks to be really lame. There are no skill mods but only a few schematics. Are these items worth spending 620 apprectice xp on?

If you've already got the 4 lines filled (and want to keep them) and are just wondering about the master artisan box, then I would say yes. Those few schematics are parts for some advanced schematics in droid engineer... and maybe other crafting professions. Should be a nice market there if you are interested.

I've been wondering the same thing, but in the context of whether it's worth moving up the domestic arts and business lines so I could be a master artisan.

I just got Master Artisan this morning... And let me tell you... I think its definately worth it... First of all, it seems that sampling resources is way easier. The fail rate seems to be reduced to about 10%... Down from like 25-50%. Also, those new things you get... One has a complexity of 19! Not only that, but all it takes are mined resources, and very little amounts of them! I'm not sure how much crafting XP you get from it yet (have yet to try to make one), but Im sure its got to be pretty good. Plus, I think its cool to have "Master Artisan" above your name. It's not something you see too often yet.
