Well i am a new master artisan. How do i make speeders?? What crafting tool and station and where do i look

You will need a good crafting tool (can't remember how many pluses) to compensate for the level the public crafting machines are. You want to be using your droid weapon general tool and the same type of crafting station. Should be the bottom of the list of things to make. You may want to try at a public crafting station, to make one but if you don't see it on the list that meants that it is too high a difficulty level to make WITH YOUR TOOLS not your level of experience. If it turns out that you can't make one that ( I am quite sure you should be able to) then you will need a droid weapon general tool of a higher level. This is where you may see a +6 or + any number beside the crafting tool discription on the bizzar , it defines what level of difficulty you can make up to with that tool. The public crafting machine allows you to experiment and augment your crafting tools difficulty level up to +44-46 from just the crafting machine alone. What some of my crafting buddies do is buy a crafting droid so that it is like they have a personal crafting machine in their pocket that allows for storage and crafting in the middle of a city (where you can't drop a personal crafting machine) or in the middle of the wilderness, the droid is useful that way. I know this is a long answer but I needed to attemp to overwhelm you with your crafting tool, machine and droid option.
The answer is you need a droid weapon general crafting tool and to be at a crafting station (public or private) to make a speeder or swoop bike.

well i still dont see it i am using the tool u told me it is 14.67 and crafting station i have in my house wich is +44. still dont see it on my list.

For crafting tools the highest you can get is 15.00, I have some on my vendor on starsider.

Are you using a "Weapon, Droid, & General Item Crafting Tool" or a "Generic Crafting Tool"? You need to use the WDG tool
Are you standing at a "Weapon, Droid, & General Item Crafting Station"? You need to be at a WDG station either in a player building or in a droid. The public stations in NPC cities are not as flexible as private ones.
Do you have two crafting stations that might be too close together? If your crafting stations are too close together, the crafting tool will get confused.
Neither the ratings of your crafting station nor your crafting tool will determine whether or not you can see the schematic. If you are using the proper tool at the proper station in a player structure (as opposed to NPC city)and you have the proper skill, you WILL see the schematic. If you don't see it (assuming you're looking in the right category), one of the 3 things I've listed above is the problem.

Crafting stations have an zone of influence where they're active. If you overlap these zones, your crafting tool gets confused. I try not to keep more than two in the same room of a small house.
Experiment with placement and you'll get a pretty good idea of just how close you can get them before you start having problems.

If you do have too many around, you can usually get the right one by standing inside of the station that you are wanting to use(although with the clothing station you may disappear).
