Thread: Best way to make money?
If you are just starting out, don't have a vendor and need a way to build up cash...make swoops and other vehicles, sell them on the bazaar for 20k (this is the max you can sell for on the bazaar). This is a good way to get a cash flow going until you get a vendor placed..

Hey..thats my post! hehe. Thanks for all your help Je'Cy. This community is awesome.
As for the original poster...I say find what you enjoy doing in the game and look for ways to make some creds doing it. Also, figure out what you actually NEED credits for and set a goal..not just "I want a load of creds in my account to look at" mentality. Do you want rare items, or just a good set of armor and some nice weps?
If you like killing stuff...I suggest checking your Trade board for your server and see what people are looking for. For example, right now on Starsider, there are at least 4 weaponsmiths posting to buy a certain Bristley Hide for 20cpu. I passed this on to a friend working his way up in the game and he's booked 400K in the last few days with only some Scout skills and Novice BH. You can do the same with Quest Loot and loot drops. People buy anything and everything in this game, just gotta find a buyer.
Mining is what appealed to me, so thats what I'm doing. The money isn't rollin in...but Im doing alright so far, and growing my business. I wouldnt recommend it or any of the craft professions if you really didnt enjoy it and get into the whole process. If nothing really appeals to you enough to make some creds, you're probably playing the wrong game.
Good Luck to ya!
