Hello all,

I must say that being selected as your new Correspondant came as a bit of a surprise, but I am very excited about working with this community to help make and keep Artisan a useful and entertaining profession.

I joined the game in September and created a crafter right away. Since then, I have played three Artisans on different servers, all of them master, as well as architect, droid engineer, and armorsmith.

I have not posted much to the forums, but I have read quite a great deal.

Many of you are understandably skeptical of the job I could do. All I ask is that you give me a fair shake. I hope you won't be dissapointed.

To that end, I will share my e-mail address with y'all also. You can reach me at [email protected], if forum communications aren't working or aren't timely enough.

I'm going to repost the Top 5 issues from the previous correspondant in a bit. I'm hoping to confirm or alter the list before I take it back to the devs.

Take care!

Congradulations,

For once I have to say, that a quite poster previous to being a Correspondent might not be a bad idea. But anyways...Only thing I would of like to seen was you had a master artisan toon on TC since it is where all the cool new things get played with before we see it in live.

Can not wait to read your reply to the top 5 for artisan.

Welcome aboard. The job is yours so take off with it. Of course you have the "leaders" of the community to help you out. Don't worry too much with "proving yourself". Just do your best, and no one here can really ask for more from you. I don't envy you. Being Correspondent is kinda like being everyone's best friend and public enemy #1 at the same time. You'll get your supporters, and you'll get your doubters.

Good luck.

Hi there, I'd just like to introduce myself, I'm new to the "profession" forums.

Me: BH 2-4-4-4 (finishing investigation this week, hopefully, and yes I did start working on it when it was only 50pts per mission, I just took a break for awhile and then was helping others instead of doing my solo stuff)

Anaka (my online hubby): Master BH

We're both on Shadowfire and we have a guild, the Iron Legion.

If any of you BH's out there want to talk to us or start characters on Shadowfire, send us a tell, we'd be happy to talk to you. I really like to meet other BH's out there.

Hi All,

I'm a brand new Master Bounty Hunter. Well, not really brand new, I was a nearly full BH (4323 or something like that) along time ago when you needed both scout and marksman mastered for novice. I dropped it in favor of a few other things, most notably Master Smuggler, where I was the galaxy's only 12-point Master. Anywhoo, I used my "token" respecto come back to the first profession I started this gamewanting to become...the all mighty Bounty Hunter. Flame away on the respec, but like it or not I'm here and it's the only profession I used the respec. And I suppose, as any good BH would say "if I cared what people thought...I would ask." Remember, this is an introduction.

Imiss my Smugglercharacter already, but it's more of me having fun playing then anything else and so far,BH is a good time.
I was really hoping Master Smuggler would be worthwhile, but the waiting for two year, the lack of combat skills (5 in crowd control? Not even close) and the plain lack of fun I had been having over the last 6 months or so made me think long and hard about dropping it.I pretty much sat back and healed (I have MCM as well, you see) and tried to root. I tried to work with my skills for months, but everyone I was with used an area attack and just messed my crowd control up. Finally, this past weekend, after once and for all "Bols to the North" got on my last nerve, since that's all anyone does anymore, I gave in and respeced to MBH.

I've so far killed the 2 marks I've taken missions for...one lvl 78, the other, level 84. I'm hoping to learn from you guys and, eventually, after a long road of practice bounties, sit back, relax, pull out some of my special blend of Pixie with PieI kept in my private stashand regale you with tales of defeated Jedi.

See you around the terminals!
