Thread: Handy Surveying Tip Survey the whole Galaxy without leaving your city!
The fastest way to survey an entire planet is to use your survey tools in conjunction with the veteran reward crate of free resources.
a. Open your survey tool(s) to get the names of the most recent resources on the planet.
b. Use your crate of free resources and find the resource you are looking for (the newest resources are at the end of the list) - The stats of the resource will also be listed.
c. DO NOT click "Ok" to use up your free resource crate. Use the "Back" button instead and select the next resource you want to survey (you don't want to waste your resource kit on some junk resource).
d. Either shuttle to each planet and repeat... or send out a survey droid to each planet and then use the resource names from the emailed report to find out all the stats.

Sure, you can either go to a starport on each planet, open yoursurvey tool and then make a note of all the names of the resouces on that planet to check with the 30k Resource kit.
Or, sent out an interplanetary survey droid to each planet and you will receive an email back with a list of all the current resources spawning there - to be checked with the 30k resource kit.
