After loosing 9 parts of BH armor this weekend (needed 1 left bracer to complete the set
. I destroyed a droid 03.00 in the morning to make place for some detonation droids.. Guess what was in the droids storage module?.. Uh huh... Anyway, I head out to Yavin4 once again to hunt blacksun and find a spawn instantly and they dropped helmet, chestplate, belt and jetpack base. I pretty much know the specifics for mandalorian armor crafting but I have no idea how these jetpacks are supposed to be put together, if anyone has some info, please share it. Im interested in knowing what other components I need, where to get them ( my guess is quests in the bunker ) and what kind of crafter is needed.

Basically I use synthsteak food, brandy and buffs on all stats and drag them out one by one with a DOT then go crazy with underhandshot and a really good lasercarbine.. So far they are dropping like flies and since they dont do much damage you can just kneel down and spam underhandshot. Summarized, using good composite armor, a psg, synthsteak,brandy, 9stat buffs and carbines and they are easy.

Okay I have seen tons of discussion about mandolarian armor but next to nothing about jetpacks, so I have a few quick questions. Are they in the DWB? Are they bh only? Any ideas how to make them? I dunno if I sound dumb, but I haven't seen jack about these and I'm curious.

Nope. Although a group of people have got there twice and the crafting was bugged. It got all over these forums so the devs eventually admitted it was bugged and gave that group back the components for the 2nd attempt they made. I have not heard since if they have made it.

its a normal vehicle in most respects
its condition reduces over time, so you take it to a garage.
if it breaks, thats it. 20million or a good amount of work gone.
The only thing different is that when you dismount off of it, it stores itself back to the datapad.

So, after what ive understood the Jetpack works like a speeder, but, what happens when it breaks down ? u repair it at the garrage ?
want some one killed ? Give me a tell

I have a jetpack too and it sucks 
SOE please make it possible to shot during flight

So is it attackable like a vehicle as well?

The jetpack is just a normal bike.
It has 1500 HAM.
It decays at around the same speed as a normal speederbike.
It has the same basic rules as all other vehicles. That means:
Targetable and attackable.
Decays, repairable in a garage.
Unable to shoot from it.
As far as i can tell, it has the same speed and terrain neg. as an AV21.
And 20m? that's cheap.
We have crafted 2 so far.... no4 and5 on the server.
Currently jetpack no 3 on chimaera is for sale at the forum, with a minbid of 75m.

.... god i want a jetpack.... well, this is my new goal with swg... I want jetpack, and full mandalorian armor exept helmet of coruse (hate being a twi'lek)
