I bought one for 5 mil. I dumped a bunch of stuff in and all the resources are 200 oq and de. Any way to make the oq higher? Seems like kinda a waste. Can't craft anything with stuff this low

Sorry no, the Recyclers are good foradding small stacks of resources together to produce a lot of grind quality resources that can be used for Items that don't require good resouces or the resource stats don't matter.

There is no way to change the stats that come out of a recycler. You get 200 across the board and that's it.

And if you craft things where resource stats are important, then you're right: The resultant recycled resources probably aren't of much use to you.
