Yes, I am new to crafting and I promise I have searched the galaxy for these things to no avail - so alas I come here to make a stoopid post and asking for help. Where are they? What are they? and how do I get them?

Buy micronutrient suppliments from a bio engineeer (the only one I know) and use them in making your "light food additives". Thats what your optional additive will be.

be's have 4 lights, 1 is for filing, 1 for duration, 1 for quality , and another for quantity
micronutrients supps is quality
hyperyeast is quantity
carboreductive is filing
multisaccaride is duration
