I use did the whole Artisan crafting tree in a day.

Make Aitha for the first few skills boxes. Then if you have the resources grind out bone armor chest plates ot helmets. When you get to Dom Arts 4 just make Travel Packs untill you get to novice taylor then use the ribber shirt macro posted below.

Eomer

Reb Rivendale Crusaders

Elder Jedi & Alliance Ace Pilot

Nothing Got Enhanced(but everything got nerfed)

PvPing untill there is something else to do.

Hi, I am thinking about becoming a chef. What should I grind for the Domestic Arts line of Artisan?

Since the first three branches of the Artisan Tree all take general crafting XP, your best option is to work up the Engineering branch to make Personal Harvesters. They give the best XP and you can always drop the skills later if you don't need them. Have a look at the Stickies in this forum for additional tips.

The best stuff to grind for artisan xp is over in Engineering, but I really believe it's worth the "sidetrack".

From the Novice box, make survey tools in practice mode until you can train Engineering 1. Once there, make crafting tools and train the engineering boxes until you get Engineering 3. That box grants the schematics for the personal harvesters which give the best xp in Artisan, except for vehicles, which are master-level schems. At 425 xp per harvester (446 in practice mode), you can fly through the rest of the artisan boxes and Novice chef relatively easily (provided you can get your hands on enough aluminum, steel, and ore).

Not to forget the extra experimentation and assembly that the Engineering line offers. It will come in handy when making foods as a few top sellers are in the domestic arts line
