Ages ago I would swear the Heavy Duty Clasp was craftable with a generic crafting tool. Now ages later when I actually need to craft the clasps I fail to find where they are. I've looked on the skill trees board to look at each crafting prof to see if maybe they have the ability to craft them but have failed to locate them anywhere.
it's a small matter i know but it is an ingredient that is required in making a weaponsmith tool belt...and needs to be factory crated. So if anyone could direct me to the correct location for finding the heavy duty clasps I'd appreciate it...2 days of hunting is making me frustrated.

HDC are loot drops only, as they have always been since introduced.
The factory crate only implies they must be of identical serial #s
You can usually find them on bazaar under componants {1-10 in a set} for 1k apiece
they do not stack so you will have to read each individually to check serial #s for a matched set.
