Thread: Pup weapon action cost on powerups? can someone please explain for me?

i've been doing the powerup thing, and a trait that i keep coming up with is called Pup weapon action cost...what exactly does that mean? not sure at all, please help me out

Reduces the action special-move cost of the weapon. One of those text strings that never got changed to something user-friendly.

Actually, the Pup powerup is meant to be used with the new K9 pistol schematic that's coming in the next big patch. Get it? 
The "pup" is apparently short for "powerup," which makes no sense at all, since there is another flavor powerup that is labeled simply "health cost." Why this one isn't simply labeled "action cost" is beyond me.
