Does anyone really see a change in quality of product based on the quality of the tool itself?
It's obvious that the materials used in crafting an object really do have the impact that they are supposed to have. However, have you seen much difference between using a +1 crafting tool or station, and a +12 crafting tool or station?

The difference I noticed in going from tools and stations with negative ratings to a 13.86 tool and 32.x crafting station was a drastic reduction in risk factor when I experimented, resulting in more reliable experimentation results (critical in weaponsmithing).

I've been using a 14.74 tool and a 42.something station for a while now. I've also tested it out with a -15 tool and a -40 ish station.
It doesn't seem to effect the upper and lower stat limits, but it certainly seems to make a difference on the weight given to the various levels of sucess/ failure on the RNG. So on a higher spec station and tool I expect to get many many more great and amazing successes than I would on anything with a lower spec. In the last week, I've had one crit fail on an experimentation, and maybe 6 sub-good successes on actual crafting (not counting grind sessions)
