hello! i am only a surveyer...so excuse my lack of artisan knowledge...

i have been sampling a lot lately and recently sampled some 900+ quality gemstones...heh, but i have no idea what they are used in!

been looking around, but i thought this might be faster than clicking on every craft item to see if gemstones are in the ingredients.

Gemstones are used a lot in building weapons, especially barrels and scopes. You should be able to move those pretty easily.

Tailors also make use of them in jewelry, and architects need the occasional amorphous gemstone to put in one into... power cores, I think it is.

I sell a lot of low-grade gemstone to spice maker's. Most of them but very low oq gems, i'm not sure what they make with it, but it will sell quite well. As the other gents have said before weaponsmith's, armorer's and the like will wont high oq gemstone.
