When I'm on a survey mission and find a good resource, I save the waypoint for the resource(in the datapad).And later, (maybe on other side of the planet), I want to survey of some resources(the resources as I have saved), butthey are not available on the survey tool !!When I destroy the resource waypoints in the datapad they don't return(the deleted resources)on the surveyeing tools and are not available to samlpe or survey any more.....What to do?

Can anyone help please?

This may be a little obvious but are you sure you're not being caught out by resource shifts?

Anyhting you marked a few days back may have shifted or disappeared completely.

If this is not the case, try getting some new survey tools as your old ones may be bugged.

This is by design. It's part of the game.

Resources shift every 6-8 days. In a natural shift some resources will dissappear and there will be nothing of that type for a day or two, then something new will appear to take its place. However, you won't be able to sample the new stuff right away (6-8 hours or after the next server reboot).

Thanks for the reply!

For example:A week ago I was surveying and took samples of aluminium.Now Aluminium is not even listed in the survey tool(for mineral).So if I want to craft something that require aluminium, I have to buy it from the baazar.Three days prior when I posted this problem, I could't not survey for any type of aluminium and now I'm not able now either.Tried to make a new survey tool,but it did not work.If this is a bug,maybe we can forward this problem to the guys in charge...
