Thread: Vendor at Novice Artisan?

I'm thinking about dropping some skills to get Novice Artisan. Wondering if you get vendors at Novice and if you don't why are you able to charge access fees at Business I but it appears you don't get a vendor til Business III? So am I correct that you don't get a vendor til you get Business III? Gonna have to drop a lot of other skills too

yes you get a vendor at business III
