Thread: Grinding schematics, what are the best.
bad idea!
do grips until u get bone armor, then do bone armor legs, then chest
Crafting tools(any the higher complexity ones) to get you to engineering 3, then personal harvesters or wind generators.
But still, the question was asking for straight xp and the answer must be to get to the wind gens.
Also, having done a bone armor grind with one character and a crafting station/wind gen grind with a new character, I would reccommend win gens 100 times more than bone armor. With bone you need to craft an armor panel and three fiberplast panels, then have hides, bones and metal to craft a chest plate. So the lesser resources arguement doesn't really hold water.... but with wind gens, it's all in one schematic and can be macroed much easier.
Best solution is to try both. See which you prefer to craft. Mine personally, as I just mentioned, based on both sets of experience is definately crafting stations/wind gens
Good luck

If you're not then you have a choice:
1) Bone armor chest plates give ~525 exp with practice mode.
2) You might be able to sell experimented personal harvesters, but now that harvesters have experimented rates it is generally a bad idea to try to sell them.
Personal harvesters are still good grinding things because they give you as much exp as bone armor, but you don't need subcomponents (armor segment & fiberplast panels) to make them. You do however get a slight exp boost for crafting items with subcomponents.
Most resources=faster exp. Make 10 tools find the grind macro and do what you can with the most resources, I do chemical survey tools till eng3 and then do wind generators till I get how much I need, my last time grinding to Weaponsmith I went from novice artisan to weaponsmith in less than 30min and this included from my house to trainer(no mounts at the time)
I disagree with the scout idea, most scouts, new or not will look on the bazaar and see bone armor doesn't go for more than 500credits at most for a part, and see that people try to sell hide/bone for 15-25cr/unit(try means anything they grab, junk or good) and that also requires making a segment for the armor, which is costing you more time.
