I was trying to craft the other night and I could only use 2 crafting tools at a time. If I tried to use a third while the first was still counting down, it would shut out of the crafting screen and spam a message that the crafting session has ended...

This has happened to me too. Either its a bug or the Devs don't want artisans to grind XP.
