The macro I use and it does work and is shutdown only when server is reset.finding a nice concentration of a ressource is also important since you'll have a better chance of sampling something.

Warning: the defaultButton will also complete a respec if that window pops up while you are sampling.
With publish 24 that window seems to appear twice with every shuttle trip.

For those of us who still have a /respec token, there's a simple way around not having this pop up during a running macro.
Each time you log on, shuttle, hyperspace, or otherwise load into a new world area, wait 30 seconds. When the respec window pops up, just hit 'later'.
The /respec window will only pop up *once* for each time you shuttle, however it will take 30 seconds or so before it appears.

If it looks like you're getting two or three respec windows popping up in quick succession, that's because you didn't wait, but rather shuttled somewhere else as quickly as you could.
A little patience gets rid of a lot of frustration.
I suppose it would be too much trouble for SOE to put the option to NOT ASK again for XXX days like they do for the vet rewards. Or how bout ONCE PER LOGIN. Those changes would get rid of a lot more of my frustration with the respec questions than having to stand around and wait for it to popup so I can just tell it "later'"
