"Titanium Aluminum" is a particular class of resources (obviously, aspecific type of aluminum), and the resource names and stats varies by galaxy.

You can see what's currently "in shift" (available to harvest) by opening your mineral survey tool. For a type that specific, it may or may not be in shift, and even if it is, it may not be on all planets. If you're looking for something a bit more generic (say, just any type of "Aluminum") there's almost always something available.

If you mean names to look up in a resource deed, a historical record of spawns (at least, ones entered by players) is kept at www.swgcraft.com.
