Can anyone tell me what it is? (Sorry if this has been asked a million times)

ok now I'm just confused! I'm asking because...if I created a Human character, would that +15 Artisan Experimentation even matter at Master Artisan?

If you're human, your cap is 14 I believe. The extra points don't really matter that much though. The only things I can see it being helpful is in Artisan food, and I'm not sure how big the market is for Artisan foods.

+25 is the max that can be ADDED to your maximum at master. So as an human artisan with a racial modifier of +15, you can get to 140....which means 14 experimentation points.
Not much use unless you have really good minerals and are making the artisan weapons or a couple of the others that actually use more than one experimentation row.
I personally have +18 onto my existing +15 for being a human, fun to make a cdef pistol that hardly ever misses, but other than novelty it's not really worth much.
