Sorry if this has been covered since JTL launch. Lots of bugs flying around, but I didn't recall seeing this one.
Here's what's been happening to me. I put items in the input hopper of a factory, and then when I try to sell something on my vendors my inventory is showing as the factory input hopper. Can't get around it.
Order of events:
Opened input hopper of factory (Food/Chem)
Opened my inventory
Attempted to placetravel pack(containing 13 stacks of grenades) into the hopper, but hit asatchel instead and it said was too bulky to fit.
Tried again, and this time thetravel packwent into the hopper
Closed factory hopper
Closed my inventory
Returned to shop, used Vendor
Clicked the local vendor, then clicked sell
The factory inventory was what was displaying as my inventory. It even allowed me to navigate through it.
This happening to anyone else?
(I have already bugged it, tried multiple vendors, and tried navigating out of it. I did not try taking a shuttle or relogging - server was coming down anyways)

Did you put anything up for sale before you moved the Travel Pack? Specifically from the Travel Pack?
If this is the case, you will need to pick up the Travel Pack from the Input Hopper, return to you vendor, and try to sell something again. The pack should show up. You will next need to click the 'back' button to return to your main inventory.
This isn't a JtL specific Issue. This Issue popped up when the ability to offer items from within a container was added.
You can duplicate this issue by openning up the bag, from the sales menu and closing the window, then dropping the bag in your house. Open the Sales menu on the vendor again and it will be pointed towards the bag that you just dropped.

Possibly. Someone was quitting the server and handed me a bag a few bags with stuff, rather disorganized. Not sure if I did from that bag or not. But I'll give it a shot and see if that's what happened, and if so if that fixes it

This bug as been around for a LONG time.. By Befault you would assume that when you sell a item on your vendor it would look in your main inventory first. But this is not the case due to bad programing, If you sall a item in a Backpack then Put that Pack in the lets say the Bank, Hopper, House or whereever then its trapped there til you Pick it up... let me see if I can clear it up.
Think of it like Folders in a Computer
You\backpack - sell items in the pack and dont go to main before your done..
Factory\backpack - You moved the pack to the hopper on the factory, if you back out of the backpack you hit the factory.
Your now stuck in Factory.
However, the work around is easy.
add a item to the backpack. Go to the vendor and sell the item to make sure your in the right pack and exit.
then go get the pack and add it to your main inventory. now when you go the sell a item, you should be in the backpack. then back out and your in you main inventory again.
Shuttleing fixes this sometimes to, I believe the bug exsists because if they cannot make the main inventory the default spot when you tab back up out of a pack since there are many variables like Cargopockets in a a pack, BUT the devs should throw in a trigger that if you close the vendor windor it defaults to the main inventory to this would not happen.
Hope you now understand
