this will get by those pesky pop-up windows that cause you to stop taking samples

/bump

This one will do it more efficiently.

You'll probably want a quickness buff.

With this one you'll never stop sampling until you run out of action.

Name it "MegaSample"

I used -

/stand;

/sample;

/pause 2;

/sit;

/pause xx;(cant remember the refresh time for survey)

/ui action toolbarSlot 00; (assuming thats where you put the marco)

This way you ignore all the popups and you regain action by sitting. Although I never actually went afk whilst doing this (honest!) I can guarantee that you will never run out of action.
