I have a Master Artisan and I placedvendor inmy house. This was the big bulky one youhave accessto with Business 4 and not being a Merchant. WhenI placed the vendorI deposited 3000 credits for maintenance. The maintenance rate showed a value of 1 and it said it had 120 days left for maintenance.

I put up a house for sale on the vendor for 55k and it was the only item for sale. Checked the status for the vendor and the maintenance rate was now 55 and I now had a little over 1 day left. Removed the house from the sell list and the maintenance rate dropped back down to 1 and now have 120 days left again. Was able to repro this by putting the house up for sale and removing it so it wasn't a fluke.

A Merchant friend however, can sell the house on his NPC vendor at the same price without a change in maintenance rate.

I'm sure this is working as intendedhelp differentiate Merchants from MA's but this surprised me quite a bit as I hadn't seen any reference to it elsewhere. So I figured it was worth a headsup here.
