Not sure if this belongs here or in the Artisan Tree, but I was hoping to get some clarification, from a dev if possible.

Is a single resource, say Vokatso
will this Aluminum ALWAYS have the same prpperties, across all servers and whenever it happens to spawn. or are the prpperties independanty of the name and determined when the resource is placed?

I think the properties of a given "name" of a resource are fixed across the galaxy. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
