I have heard a few people say that the more mind pool you have the better you are at Crafting and Exp on items, any truth to this?

What does "better" mean?
less criticals - No proof that it does, No dev said it does, A few people have claimed that thought it helped. (btw Other people felt that the quality of material helped)
more experiementation points - I don't remember anyone saying this and I really doubt it.
more successfull experiementation - I don't remmeber anyone saying this
If it comes out latter that it does matter you can always stat migrate. For now, I suggest assuming this is not true and balance your pools using other considerations.

Does the amount of your mind pool help in anyway when crafting? In the book it says it has to do with "ability to complete technical tasks." Was wondering if this is what it means?? Maybe less failures or something.
