Which chemical has a value in conductivity? Have looked around a bit but can't find any, maybe because I am still on Tatooine. Is there a chemical with conductivity, if that is the case, which one is it and where can i usually find it???

I haven't ever seen a chem with conducivity. If you are using it in a schematic tha requires "CD" then I believe it takes into account 1000(last I heard, if I'm wrong please let me know).

Only metals have the conductivity stat, copper tends to have the highest.
Resources lacking a stat required for an experimental category are ignored as far as that stat is concerned. So if you're making crafting tools (effectiveness: 100% conductivity, requires metal, mineral and chemical) the quality will only look at the conductivity of the resource in the metal slot. The chemical (and mineral if you use non-conductive material) won't raise or lower the final stats.
So if you use 500 conductivity metal, you'll be able to experiment the effectiveness up to 50% before hitting the experimentation cap. If you use 900 conductivity metal, you'll be able to experiment up to 90%.

As was said above, I don't believe chemicals ever have conductivity, and copper has the highest conductivity. However, my understanding (I read this somewhere, can't remember where) is that if there is no number listed for a stat then it is zero. So a resource with 400 conductivity, while very low, is better than one that does not list conductivity at all.

Anubi is correct - it's treated as a null. This is probably an important distinction.
In other words, if you need a chemical with OQ and Conductivity and you have an chemical with only OQ - conductivity does not count at all for the outcome. It's not counted as 1000 - it's not counted as 0, it's plain just not counted.
So don't use something with oq 950 and oq 400. Use your 800 oq only chemical with no conductivity and you will get better results
