me and another crafter were making some repair tools today and couldn't get them to experiment upto 99% even with his 993 conductivity metal he still hit 96.33 everytime he tried and i was hitting 98.22 or so with my 978 conductivity stuff, this can't be right, would someone tell me what is going on? Was there a silent nerf or something or is this just a new crafting bug?

that is odd he should be getting 99.3 with his 993 cond. metal and u should get 97.8 with your 987 cond metal assuming your both masters very odd indeed. srry i dont have anything really constructive for you.
