I know you can sample, but can you craft items using a macro? I'm thinking you can't, but if anyone knows you can, please share this. Thanks!

The only reason I don't say "No" is simply because I'm not 100% sure that's the answer. 99.9%? Yes. But not 100%.

Crafting involves selecting which resources to use in the item's production, which can't be done, as far as I know anyway, without clicking the mouse.

even though you still couldn't macro it, it sure would be nice if when you loaded a schematic there was a button for 'use last resource configuration' or something where it would load the tool with the same resources you used for that schematic the last time. sure would cut down on the monotony.

But for the rest of us it WOULD be nice... not all of us have factories, and I'm not sure that factories give crafting xp. But while I think that grinding out the stupid little items to make crafting xp stinks, I don't suggest changing it now. I'd be rather mad, since people could get to weaponsmith and such easier while I had to crank out the small stuff by hand to make it that far.

Ya, personally I'm not a huge fan of macroing crafting.. because you're right.. then it would require no effort for anyone to level.. they'd simply macro one night and gather all the resources and then macro the next night and craft all the resources into items...

Forget that.

That is such a juvenile thing to say. You're assuming that everyone grinds away like you must at this game in order to be able to afford a FACTORY at one week in. That's just ridiculous. Why would you even bother posting something like that?
