It varies based on the percentage of the vein itself. I'm not sure if you've surveyed before but when we do it, we see a number from 1 to 100%. If I pull from something that's around 30 percent (myself) I get about 2-3 resources every 5 seconds or so. I have a few harvesters on a 60% plot of land. They pull in approximately 100 - 200 units per hour. Now granted this they also cost me about 1 to 2k per day each in maintenence as well, hehe. I'm thoroughly pleased with the ratio. I let two run a couple of hours, came back and pulled 500 steel each out of them and sold them both for 2500.
