I just got the Novice Artisan skill.. i was wondering something.. I have bought a few survey tools for various resources, how do i get the recources im surveying for ? i walk up to the waypoint it gives me and nothing is there. Odds are ill forget about posting this so can u email me at [email protected]and give me the answer and mabye a few tips on being an artisan? thanks

the waypoint will point you to the highest percentage in your survey range, which may or may not be high enough to actually extract the resource. Keep moving towards the highest percentage survey you get and hopefully you will get a rich enough survey to sample the resource.

You have to sample.

You canput this to a quickslot key or on the survey screen hit get sample.

It is also good to place harvesters, if you can afford them.
