Artisan Archive

I have created some pretty nice schematics, but how do I use them. I was told Factories, but where are they and how do you use your schematics with them.

I am mostly a scout/marksman, but I have gotten some real nice results with crafting, thank you to who ever posted to use copper in guns, I have made CDEF's tougher than half the D18's that I have seen.
