the more successfull i am when experimenting on a melee powerup, the higher +percentage i'll get to an attribute like "special move action cost" - now wouldn't i want to LOWER the action cost of special moves?

i can think of three possibilites as to whats going on. can anyone tell me which is correct?

a) i am missing something

b) i am making powerups right but the dev's accidently put a + instead of a - in front of the %

c) melee powerups are broken

No, it's just the way it is expressed. It really does lower the cost to do it. It's just odd. It would be easier if those were negative numbers on the powerups, I agree, though.
