When you select a resource to be used in one of the recipe slots, it would be nice if you could hold down CTRL or something and have that resource fill all slots that it can.

I realize this runs counter to the whole time sink idea, but it sure would make the grind much less so.

You may already know this, but you can double click a resource on the left and it will fill the first available slot in the schematic. There isn't a need to drag it over.

ok while we are on this topic, is there a way to checks the stats on the resources before you drag them over (or double click them)?

Just click on the resourse. The stats are displayed in the lower window on the left side of the crafting tool.
