Can I buy or rent a vendor from a player and have it going in his house? I would love to know if I could setup a pet shop in someone's place and pay a rental fee or give a portion of my profits.

Have lots of the best CH pets for sale (Gurrecks, arachne's, rancors, graul's etc), but usually have to do most of sales by email etc, then meeting up with people which can take time. Would love to make it easier on my buyers and myself.
