HI,

I know you make weapons out of resouces such as minerals etc. but can you make them out of component parts such as gun barrels etc. if so how ?

In SWG, simple items, such as CDEF weapons and basic clothing items, are crafted directly from raw resources. Apart from these basic things, though, most items require a combination of resources and components to craft. The humble D18 Pistol (one step up from the CDEF Pistol), for example, requires:

• 18 Non-Ferrous Metal


• 8 Metal


• 5 Metal


• 1 Blaster Power Handler


• 1 Blaster Pistol Barrel


• 1 Weapon Scope (Optional)

These components are themselves in turn made from resources - and some of the more advanced components, I believe, require components themselves...
