I've heard that you can set up your mouse's center button to double click. Hope that makes sense.

Just FYI, setting the wheel button to double click is something you have to do in the Windows Mouse setup, not in SWG. And since windows is basically catching the middle mouse click and translating into two left mouse clicks, you can't mapthe middle mouse button to any other function (since the keymap now sees it as a left click).

I use this setup myself, and like it a lot. I have a 5 button mouse (left, right, wheel, two thumb buttons). Since I was having trouble getting SWG to recognize the second thumb button, I used the Mouse setupin the Windows control panel to to map that button to "Enter".

Now I start the crafting tool with the F# keys, and the rest is done with the mouse: thumb button (enter to select schematic), wheel button3 or4 times for resource selection ("double clicking" each resource with a single mouse click), thumb button, thumb button, thumb button (after selecting practice mode). The only mouse movement I have to do is during the resource selection, since hitting enter on any screen automatically does the same as clicking "Next".

I've got my grinding down to 5 or 6 secs per item, most of that waiting for the next step to show up. And yes, I know a macro would probably go through even faster (since I guess it doesn't really wait for each screen to refresh), but I don't have to worry about the command functionality getting changed, or that new "too many commands in queue".
