Can resource concentrations become depleted, or they can only be erased if the server gets a resource-switch?

Well maybe they changed it but from what ive seen in the past they do deplete. An 80% spot with ten or so harveys on it was at 68% the next day.

Interesting. I've never seen that happen. When was the last time you observed that happen?

certainly before patch 7. Like i said it may have been changed.

I've never seen this happen. I have 2 heavy chems on a 94% spot along with about 50 other harvs, and for the past 5 days it has been 94%
