I'm a veteran player who has just returned from a long break. I used to have a thriving energy business, but gave all that up when I left the game. I'd like to restart my business, but I'm way out of touch with the game economy and especially the resources. I have forgotten a lot in the past months , so I have a few Noob questions:
1. Do resources (specifically radioactives) still spawn around Thursdays? (I'm on Naritus server if that makes a difference.)
Resources spawn DAILY. They cycle depending on their type and I believe I have documented enough for myself to hypothesize they despwn over usage too. Everyday the cycle hits, at the 3 or 4 day point it extends somewhere around 3 hours, so the point of the daily change is always changing. Minerals, Chemicals, Gas and Water all appear to be on 10 day cycles, but high value items that are overly collected shorten that period, sometimes dramatically. Florals despawn between 10 to 20 days on average.
2. If I remember correctly, the % concentration of radioactives was never very high, but I have forgotten, what is considered a high concentration of this resource?
I'm sitting on a 92% spot on Naboo right now. I consider radioactive ore to be available normally in the 75% and up area.
3. Are maintenance costs the same? I think it was somewhere around 2400 to 4800 per day for a fusion. ?
Off memory 2400 a day sounds correct.
4. If there's anything else that has changed I need to know, please let me know.

I know every resource has its own spawn rate depending on time and mining. Are you saying that radioactives spawn daily, or are you talking about all resources? I'm really only interested in radioactives. When I left the game, radioactives lasted about a week and usually shifted somewhere between late Wednesday nightand Friday afternoon. I'll also ask some of my guildies if they know the stats for our particular server.
