Hello, i recently learned the Artisan skill and was trying to do some mineral hunting. I got a Survaying tool and set it to a certain Resource type and i search... I find some, and the concentration is about (highest i have found yet) 30%. I run over to it and click my sample button and i kneel down and ALWAYS it says it isnt a concentrated enough area to get a sample. I figured the reason it said that was becasue i didnt have a Sampling tool or somthing... So i went to the bazaar and bought a ore container, tried again and got the same results.

Please, what am i doing wrong? Im sure i missed somthing. What tools do i need? What percentage yeild results? Thanks so much if you can help

It is just saying that the percentage isn't high enough to even gain a sample from it. What you do is you go the highest percentage (a waypoint will be made showing you where it is) then survey again until you get in the 50%. I always go as much as I can. I have found a few resources with 80%+.

30% is really low and you mgiht not get much out of it but even the times when I have found 80% concentration there will be times where it will go 1-3 of finding no resources at all but if you leave your guy sampling he will eventually hit for more.

So basically if your seeing a conectration of anything that is 50% or lower your not gonna get much out of it or if you do there will be numerous times when sampling that you find nothing.
