I can't find any manufactctories or stations that will allow me use schematics that I made myself!

What should I be looking for and where are they?

As far as I can tell you have to use an automated Factory which can be built by an Architect, I do not know how much it costs to operate one, but I beleive it works just like the tool stations (Hoppers?).
