What does it mean when the error message say

"You can't place a structure in your current states?"

Please help me, am I missing something?

I think I figured this out. I had the same problem. Open your survey tool and close it. Do not survey. Then try to place your harvester/structure. Worked for me 2 times now.

I just press the stand button. Works for me everytime. I think the problem is that the server still shows you doing something, i.e. sitting, surveying, running, etc... I get the same message with lots of other stuff and have to hit the stand button.
